Doesnt everyone wonder what to wear in the winter? I definetely do. You always want to wear something complimenting your skin tone. Fair, lighter skinned people will want to stick with pastel colors (light blue, light pink, pastel yellow) and darker skinned people will want to stay with dark colors (dark blue, black, dark purple). From my opinion, the best thing to put over yourself after a jacket are the cropped button down jackets that are thin and VERY cute. Just be sure to pick a color that looks good on YOU. blacks mostly look best but if you are a person that cant wear black i am sure another color will work!
